DESCRIPTION
Pam will walk us through a beginner Gudbrandsdal design step by step. A limited palette of 3 colors (blue,white and gold) makes this design even easier. Pam will share some of her inspiration based on Jakob Klukstad’s work and his family’s Gudbrandsdal heritage. There are no flowers or filler detail in this design but, if there is time, she will demonstrate one or two of the most common flowers used in this style.
Background color - Medium navy blue. 2 coats , sanding between coats.
BRUSHES
Pam will paint with round brushes. You may use either round or filbert brushes.
# 3 and 4 Round or # 2 and 4 Filbert #2 Script liner or whatever liner works for you.
PALETTE Ultramarine blue Raw Umber Titanium White Yellow Ochre Gold Ochre (Rembrandt) or Mars Yellow + Cadmium Yellow Deep and Cadmium Red Light Boiled linseed oil Palette and Palette knife Paper towels Whatever else you need to paint with oils.

All classes are recorded so if you can’t attend all or part of the class in person you will have access to the recording. Access will be at least one year.
